You can specify that passwords will expire after a number of days. When the user tries to use their password after the specified number of days they are forced to change their password. This is not applied to users assigned the roles of Skyline Host or Administrator,
To set the number of days that a password is valid for:
1.
Log in with Administrator rights and go to Admin.
2.
In the Portals section click Portal Configuration.
3.
Find Password Expiry Days.
4.
To select a value of 0, 1, 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days click . This is the number of days that the password will valid for before the user is forced to change their password.
5.
Click to save the setting.
To configurePassword Expiry Daysfor all portals associated with Skyline use the default configuration option. These options are only available when you are logged in with Host privileges.
