You can specify that password must contain upper case letters. If the criteria has been set & a user tries to change their password but the new password that does not include any capital letters an error message will be displayed. The password will not have been changed.
To set the criteria that a password must contain upper case characters:
1.
Log in with Administrator rights and go to Admin.
2.
In the Portals section click Portal Configuration.
3.
Find Password Uppercase Characters Required.
4.
To select a value between 0 and 8 click . This is the number of characters in the password that must be upper case letters.
5.
Click to save the setting.
To configurePassword Uppercase Characters Requiredfor all portals associated with Skyline use the default configuration option. These options are only available when you are logged in with Host privileges.
