You can search for documents in all the shared libraries that you have access to. Searches can be performed on both the names of documents and their descriptions.
To search for a document:

Open your Library web page.

Enter your search requirements.

Enter the details of the document that you are searching for. You can enter the document name or part of the document description.

Click the search button.
3.
The results of your search are listed.

You can place an order for the document using .

The name of the Library that the document is stored in is shown. If you want to see all the documents in the selected library click the green arrow.
