Managers can use the Live Orders page to amend an order. Any amendments made will be shown in the PrintStation.
To restore a deleted order:
1. | Find the order to be restored and view the order details. Select Show Deleted Jobs from the Status drop down menu. Make sure that you select the correct date range remembering that the date refers to the date that the order was placed and not the date that the order was printed or deleted. Use the search fields to locate your required order. |
2. | Change the status of the order to Order Placed. |
3. | Click to update the status of the order. |
