If Skyline has been configured so that new users can register their details the Register as New User link will be visible. If this is not an option that has been selected, the link will not be available.
To register as a new user:
1.
Open your default internet browser (for example, Internet Explorer) and type the web address in the address field.

At the log in page select the link Register as New User.

Enter your details and click Create User to continue. If there are criteria set for your password the details are shown on the registration screen.
4.
Your user account will be created. You will receive a message telling you if your account needs to be approved before you can use it. Click Continue.
5.
You are returned to the Log in window. If your account doesn't require approval enter you user name and password to start using Skyline.
