When you log in you need to enter your Username and Password. If you have forgotten your password you can request a replacement using the forgotten password link. If you can not see the link, your setup has been configured so that his option is not supported. If you can not see the link please contact your administrator regarding your forgotten password.
To reset your password:
Click the I forgot my password link.
Enter your username and click Recover Password.
You will see a message stating that an email has been sent to you. Click Finish. You are returned to the log in window.
Open you email account and view the email sent from Skyline. It will look similar to the one shown below. Click the link contained in the email.
Your Skyline website will open. You will see a message stating that a new password has been sent to your email account.
Open your email account and view the email sent from Skyline. It will look similar to the one shown below.
Highlight the new password and copy it.
Click the link in the email. The log in screen opens.
Enter your user name then paste the new password that you copied from the email into the password field.
Click Log In.
Your Skyline website will open the Change your password section. If your password has to contain certain characters the requirements are shown on the screen.
Paste the new password that you copied from the email into the field Current Password.
Enter a new password in the field New Password. Re-enter the new password in the field Confirm Password.
Click Update Password. You are returned to the home page if you have successfully changed your password.
You will be logged in to Skyline. When you next need to log in use the new password that you have just entered.
