When you log in you need to enter your Username and Password. If you have forgotten your password you can request a replacement using the forgotten password link. If you can not see the link, your setup has been configured so that his option is not supported. If you can not see the link please contact your administrator regarding your forgotten password.
To reset your password:
1.
Click the I forgot my password link.
2.
Enter your username and click Send me password reset instructions.

You will see a message stating that an email has been sent to you. Click Finish. You are returned to the log in window which can now be closed.

Open you email account and view the email sent from Skyline. It will look similar to the one shown below. Click the Reset Password link contained in the email.
5.
You will be able to enter a new password then click on the Change Password button. You will be taken to your Login page and be able to login with your new password.
