If your users will be using their corporate user name and password to login to Skyline they should be enabled by default. The portal configuration Registration - New Users Must Be Approved needs to be OFF.
To check the portal configuration:
1.
Log in with Administrator rights and go to Admin.
2.
In the Portals section click Portal Configuration.
3.
Find Registration - New Users Must Be Approved in the list. The option should be False.
