You must have .NET 4 installed.

To install Microsoft.net on to a Windows 2008 r2 server:

1.Open the download center on the Microsoft website (http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/) & locate the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) download.
2.Follow the instructions to download the program onto your Skyline server.
