When a new version of Skyline software is released you are able to register for a downloadable Upgrade Utility for your Skyline Website. Running the Upgrade Utility on your Skyline server automatically upgrades all your portals.
Notes:
1.
You will require a PIN for the upgrade. Please contact helpdesk@eprint.net for your unique upgrade PIN.
2.
Please allow at least 4 hours to upgrade Skyline.
3.
This update procedure is not certified for Windows 2003. If you need to upgrade your 2003 server please contact helpdesk@eprint.net.
