If it takes a long time to upload documents you might need to reset the Skyline website. To reset the website, the application pool for that website needs to be restarted. By default, the application pool is called Skyline.
To reset the Skyline website:
1.
Open IISand expand the Application Pools node.
2.
Right-click the Skyline Application Pool and select Recycle.
3.
After the reset, it will take about 1 minutes for the website to load for the first user.
