You can select to have all printing recorded by default. There will be no option to not include the printing in the reports. If a print is required which is not required in the reports you can use the Proof Print option.
To record all printing by default:
| 1. | From the Setup drop down menu select Options. |
| 2. | Select the option Record all printing by default then click Save to save your selection.  |
