If the conversion process appears to be working, but the PDF's that have been produced contain no text or text that is not formatted as expected the problem may be that the fonts are not being correctly converted. The Neevia application Fontsmap.exe needs to be run when fonts are not being converted correctly.
To run Fontsmap.exe:
Locate the application.
64 bit Windows - C:\Program Files (x86)\Neevia.Com\docConverterPro\modules
32 bit Windows - C:\Program Files\Neevia.Com\docConverterPro\modules
Double click the application FontMap.
The FontMap window opens. Click Map Fonts.
The Fonts will be mapped. When the process has finished the FontMap window automatically closes.
Open Neevia Document Pro Service and test a document.
If the font problem has not been solved please follow the following instructions.
Stop Neevia Converter & close the service.
Locate the Configs folder associated with Neevia.
64 bit Windows - C:\Program Files (x86)\Neevia.Com\docConverterPro
32 bit Windows - C:\Program Files\Neevia.Com\docConverterPro
Right mouse click Configs and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete Configs.
Click to open Windows Services.
Locate the service named DCStart & Start the service.
Open Neevia Document Pro & run a test document conversion by dragging and dropping a file into the converter.
