There is an error when you upload a document. This could be caused by the Microsoft Office software being installed after the PDF Converter.
To check the installed parsers:
|1.||Open Neevia Document Converter. If nothing happens make sure that the program is not already open.|
|2.||Drag and drop a document into the converter. If you see a message parser is not enabled you need to install the missing parser. An example error message is shown below.|
|3.||Click Settings > Advanced Settings.|
|4.||The Advanced Settings window opens. Select the missing parsers from the list or click Auto-Detect Installed Parsers...|
All the missing parsers will be installed.
|6.||Stop the Neevia Converter service.|
|7.||Start the Neevia Document Service.|
|8.||Drag and drop a document into the service to test the installed parers.|
