Skyline requires User Account Control to be turned off. If the setting has not been turned off messages similar to the one shown below will keep appearing. You may also find that documents come through as an error when the conversion starts if the User Access Control is not turned off.
You will need to make sure that the User Access Control is switched off before you start the upgrade.
To turn off User Account Control:
|1.||Open the control panel and click User Accounts.|
|2.||Click User Accounts.|
|3.||Click Change User Account Control settings.|
|4.||The User Account Control Settings window opens|
|1.||Move the slider to select Never Notify.|
|2.||Click OK to save the change.|
