There may be occasions that you will need to amend the roles that users are assigned. For more information on suspending user accounts see Suspending Users.
To remove roles from a user:
1.
Log in with Administrator rights and go to Admin.
2.
In the Users section click Roles.
3.
A list of all the Roles available is shown.

Click Manage Users next to the role that the user is to be removed from.
4.
The user needs to be removed from the user role.
