Dependent upon the quantity of Skyline PrintStation licenses purchased, the Skyline PrintStations may be installed on one or more PC’s.
|•||Remote Internet access for installation and ongoing technical support|
Remote Internet Access to the print room PC's is required if ePrint Direct is to install and provide technical support for the Skyline PrintStations and other Skyline applications such as Skyline CostManager and Skyline ProductManager. Remote access must be tested before the installation of the Skyline print room applications, including all user names and passwords. If ePrint Direct or the Partner is to install and maintain Skyline PrintStations, we need to be able to log in locally and remotely to the PC with an account that has full Local Administrator rights.
Backups are the responsibility of the customer.
Disaster recovery is the responsibility of the customer.

The following applications need to be installed before installing the PrintStation. The installation program will check that these are installed before allowing the Skyline installation to proceed.

Turning Off User Access Control setting before installing PrintStation. The setting can be turned on when the installation has been completed.

|•||Adobe Acrobat Reader|
Only one instance of Adobe Acrobat is supported. A full version of Acrobat and a copy of the free Acrobat Reader should not be installed on the same PC. You can use a Full Version of Acrobat or the free Acrobat reader version but not both.
