Creating Media Reports

This report will list the media used. Please be aware that some paper stock used on non Xerox printers or when the Proof Print option is used in PrintStation is not recorded. The report is intended as a guide to stock used and is not designed to replace your current stock control system.


To produce a media report:

1.Log in with Manager rights and go to Management.
2.In the Reports section click Media Usage Reports.
3.Select the report period from the drop down menu.
4.Click Run Report.
5.The report can be export to Excel and the information presented as required.
