Problem - Documents come through as an error when the conversion starts i.e. the conversion stage Queued and Creating PDF have been completed and the when the Creating thumbnails stage starts there is an error.
Queued > Creating PDF > Error
Action - Check the state of the Neevia Converter. If there is an Invalid Variant Operation message you need to:
|1.||Check that the Neevia account password has not expired.|
|2.||Check the Neevia settings permissions for each software program.|
|3.||Check that the User Access Control is turned off.|
|4.||Make sure that Microsoft Office has been activated using the user name NeeviaPDF.|
|5.||Check that the Dcom Config permissions have been set..|
If the Neevia Converter is unable to open a PowerPoint file you will not get the message Invalid Variant Operation but simply the message that PowerPoint could not open the file & that there was an error converting the file. If this happens you need to check the 4 items as listed above.
