Clear Uploaded Documents

To clear the documents:

1.Log in to the web server with an account that has local administrator rights.
2.Open the Services window.
3.Stop the services in the following order:
Skyline PDF Scheduler.
Skyline PDF Converter.
DCStart.
4.Delete any documents in the document conversion queue.
1.Log in to the Skyline portal with Host rights and go to Admin.
2.In the Document Conversion section click Conversion Queue.
3.If any documents are shown on the Conversion Queue page, click the red cross to delete them.

5.Delete any documents in the Upload directory on the Skyline Server.
1.Log in to the Skyline portal with Host rights and go to Admin if you are not already there.
2.In the Portals section click Default Configuration.
3.Make a note of the path set by the Upload - Directory configuration. This is the location of the uploaded files on the Skyline Server.

4.Log in to the Skyline server  and delete any documents in the upload directory.
6.Delete any documents in the Converted directory.
Although the converter directory location can be changes, it is most likely to be C:\Skyline\ConverterIN.
7.Delete any documents in C:\Program Files (x86)\neevia.com\docConverterPro\DEF_FOLDERS\IN.
8.Restart the Services listed below in the order that they are shown.
DCStart.
Skyline PDF Converter.
Skyline PDF Scheduler.
9.Upload a document and check that the PDF Converter is running.

If the document is still stuck at the status “Queued” after a couple of minutes, then the next most likely cause is that the service account used by the DCStart server has been disabled or it’s password has expired. Follow the instructions on how to check the service account.
