Log in to the web server with an account that has local administrator rights.
Open the Services window and note the user account used by the “DCStart” service.
Check that the user account is enabled and that the password never expires.
Upload a document and check that the PDF Converter is running.
Still not working? If the document is still stuck at the status “Queued” after a couple of minutes, then the database used by the three converter services will need to be cleared. Follow the instructions on how to clear the database.
