When you try to open Skyline you get a Server Error in '/' Application message stating:
"Cannot open database "Skyline" requested by the log in. The log in failed. Log in failed for user 'Skyline'".
There are several possible causes for this error.
|1.||The database SkylineMembership has not been created or is empty.|
|•||To rectify this you need to re-install the SkylineMembership website and databases by running the installation CD, or restore the databases using the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.|
|2.||The SQL internal user account is not the owner of the Skyline and SkylineMembership databases.|
The SkylineMembership database is created and populated when Skyline is installed. If the database has not been created, or in empty, you will see the error above. Install and open the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to open the database to see if the SkylineMembership database has been created and contain any tables.
|•||Make the SQL internal user is the owner of the Skyline and SkylineMembership databases. Please contact ePrint Support for further details.|
