When trying to download the ProductManager, you may get a "Page not Found" error or the error message displayed below:
The ProductManager application is created the first time it is downloaded. The error message indicates that there was a problem creating the downloads.
The error is caused by one of two problems. There are several fixes, depending on what is causing the problem:
|1.||The Skyline website could not create download files because the permissions a directory are not correct.|
|2.||The download files were not created correctly.|
The Skyline website could not create download files because the permissions a directory are not correct.
|1.||Log in as a local administrator onto the Skyline server (not the Skyline website).|
|2.||Browse to the directory where Skyline is installed (C:\Skyline by default) and find the sub directory C\Skyline\wwwroot\Manager\Pricing\PricingApp.|
|3.||Right-click the file Mage.exe and select Properties.|
|4.||If you see the message "The file came from another computer and might be blocked to protect this computer", Click the Unblock button next to the message.|
|5.||Browse to the directory C:\Skyline\wwwroot\Manager\ProductManager and repeat to procedure above for the file Mage.exe in this directory.|
